Fellows Programme

Developing future innovation + improvement leaders

Fellows' Programme

Our Fellows' Programme is designed to develop future innovation and improvement leaders, creating new opportunities for health professionals to develop knowledge, experience, a system perspective and networks required to lead healthcare transformation.

i3 Fellowships are 12-month fixed term roles that incorporate project-based learning in a range of healthcare and health policy areas such as medical education, health innovation, health informatics, quality improvement, service redesign, and health management. Fellow roles also include leadership development activities and may, where applicable, include clinical duties.

Fellows are recruited from a range of backgrounds, including clinical and non-clinical qualifications and experience. A number of Fellows have been prevocational doctors. Fellows will thrive in the role if they are ready to be extended and learn and contribute to strategic innovation and improvement projects.
